Monte Mart Design Okayed by Planners

This article describes the plans laid out by architect Eugene Choy for the Monte Mart shopping center in Aptos. The first phase was planned to cover six acres and include a supermarket, department store, bank, nursery, and auto accessory and service station. The second phase would include a movie theater, restaurant, coffee shop and additional retail shops.
