One of the seven Phoenix Pavilions erected after the Loma Prieta Earthquake as temporary housing for local businesses. This pavilion was at the corner of Lincoln and Cedar Steets, and housed the Antique Collective, Bento Baki, Donatello's Gelato, Lilly Marlene, Little Shanghai, Monica's Expresso Cafe, Pizza My Heart, and Comic Cafe (Yesterday's).

Two Phoenix pavilions (tents) housing displaced businesses. These two were located at Lincoln and Cedar Streets. Shortly after the earthquake, members of the Carpenter's and other local unions volunteered their time and skills to erect the structures. Pacific Gas and Electric and Pacific Bell donated all the material and labor to bring power and telephones to the pavilions.
