This building was on the south side of Walnut Ave between Cedar and Pacific Avenue. Pearl Alley in the middle is closed off. The building also housed Pacific Photo and still does.

This building was demolished, according to this list of buildings in downtown Santa Cruz demolished due to damages caused by the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake. This building, across Cooper St. from the Cooper House, was built in 1894.
