Martin, John Hausler and Henry Patten Answer Last Call in this City</p>  <p>Three Santa Cruz citizens answered the call of the grim reaper between Saturday night and Monday morning in this city.  They were John G. Hausler, an old soldier, 68 years old, Henry Patten, bookkeeper for Michael Noon, aged 53, and T.E. Martin of Walnut Av., aged 78.</p>   <p>Mr. Hausler's death was caused by heart failure, and occurred at his home in Seabright on Sunday evening.  He leaves a widow who was Mrs. Browning and whom he married about a year ago.  Mr. Hausler was a native of Germany, coming to this country before the Civil War, in which he served as a private in the 40th New Jersey Infantry.
